2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:
✅ Be at least 18 years old
✅ Provide accurate contact & payment information

3. Payments & Billing

💰 Deposits & Final Payments:

• Final payments are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Credit Card Transactions: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all payments made by credit card.

• Cash & Cashier’s Checks: Payments made in cash or cashier’s check incur no additional fees.

📌 Late Fees: Any unpaid balance past 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month as allowed by Florida law (F.S. § 687.03).

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

🔹 Service Appointments:

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Failure to cancel in time may result in a $150 service fee.

🔹 Product Returns:

• Custom orders and installed equipment are non-refundable.

• Unused, stock items may be returned within 14 days for a refund (minus restocking fees).

5. Warranties & Liability

A. Limited Warranty

🔧 We provide a one-year limited warranty on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts and equipment.

B. Limitations of Liability

🚫 We are not responsible for:

• Damage due to weather, vandalism, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

• Electrical failures unrelated to our installation.

• Pre-existing gate structure issues.
